This directory does not ask for a homeowner's name, email, phone number, or street address to browse listings or contact a contractor. Calls and website links connect you directly to the company you choose.
How activity is counted
We count page views, company profile views, filter changes, empty results, and taps on phone, website, and review links. Our activity database stores daily totals by action, company, directory state, selected broad area, and a broad traffic-source category. The directory state identifies the section being browsed, not your location. It does not store search text, individual visitor identifiers, IP addresses, or your contact details.
A phone-button tap indicates intent, not a completed call. We do not record calls or see messages you send through a contractor's website.
No advertising pixels or behavioral remarketing are installed. The directory's activity counting does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes requests to deliver and secure the site; its operational logs and any preview sign-in are separate from our aggregate activity database.
Other websites
Company and review links take you to third-party websites. Their own privacy practices apply. We do not receive the personal information you choose to provide there.
Retention
Only aggregate daily counters are kept for reporting. Counters older than 13 months are removed during subsequent tracking writes. Your optional local tracking preference remains on your browser until you change it or clear browser storage.
